Larger than life characters are the cornerstone to the success of professional wrestling from the early days of this business. Over the years, the fans have seen many dominating wrestlers who dismantle their opponents frequently. They are usually not just well-built but also extremely agile in between ropes.

While describing such characters, the names of Goldberg and Brock Lesnar certainly come to mind. While Goldberg started his supremacy from WCW and continued it in WWE, Brock Lesnar also did the same in two different stints in WWE. But who is the more dominant monster, The Beast Incarnate or the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion?
10 Goldberg: 2-1 Against Brock Lesnar
The fans are blessed to see the two most dominant Superstars facing each other a couple of times. Goldberg and Brock Lesnar have crossed paths three times in their respective careers.
First, they wrestled at WrestleMania 20, where Goldberg won the bout. Subsequently, Goldberg made his return a decade later, and he chose to face his old rival again. Goldberg beat Lesnar again at the 2016 Survivor Series to pick up two consecutive wins. Goldberg, however, lost their final match at WrestleMania 33.
9 Brock Lesnar: A Former UFC Champion & NCAA Champ
Brock Lesnar's achievements in real sports are incredible. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Lesnar is one of the greatest athletes to grace the WWE ring.
Lesnar had an amazing career in amateur wrestling, where he was the NCAA Champion. After his first stint in WWE, Lesnar tried his hands in MMA and went on to become the UFC Heavyweight Champion. Given his impressive track record, it certainly puts him above Goldberg.
8 Goldberg: Handed The Fiend His First Loss
Goldberg might have conquered many big names with ease, but his victory over The Fiend should be at the top of the list, especially considering he was over 50-years-old. At WWE Super ShowDown 2020, Goldberg handed The Fiend his first loss ever to dethrone him as the Universal Champion.

The Fiend was looking like an indestructible monster until he met Goldberg, who took just a couple of minutes to get the job done.
7 Brock Lesnar: The Ability To Carry & Dominate Even Long Matches
Unlike Goldberg, Brock Lesnar is an amazing wrestler. Although he doesn't showcase his full in-ring talent now, he was one of the most versatile wrestlers with several moves in his arsenal in his first stint.
The Beast Incarnate is proficient in delivering lengthy and entertaining matches. For instance, his match against John Cena at the 2014 SummerSlam was a one-sided yet lengthy bout. Cena ended up getting a record 16 Suplexes.
6 Goldberg: Dismantled Opponents At His Will
Goldberg's booking and the ability to wreck his opponents at his will made him a gigantic star. The way WCW booked him in his early days was something new and an unstoppable monster like him was never seen before in the ring.
Whether in WCW or WWE, he was part of numerous squash matches. Primarily, he would deliver Spears and Jackhammers to finish a match as quickly as possible.
5 Brock Lesnar: Eight-Time World Champion
Brock Lesnar is a multi-time World Champion, and he has spent most of his WWE career in the main event scene, which is a reason he has been such a dangerous monster for a long time.

Lesnar has never won any mid-card title or a tag team title. On the other hand, he has won the WWE Championship five times while he has reigned with the Universal Championship three times.
4 Goldberg: Gave Brock Lesnar The Quickest Loss Of His Career ( 1 Minute 26 Seconds )
Goldberg did the unthinkable upon his return to WWE after 12 years. He met Brock Lesnar at the 2016 Survivor Series in a shocking squash match. Even though Lesnar was at the top of his game back then, Goldberg stunned him with an unbelievable performance.
Lesnar suffered the quickest loss of his career against Goldberg, who pinned the former within one minute and 26 seconds. Since this record is entrenched in the history book, it's safe to say Goldberg is a scarier and a better monster than Lesnar.
3 Brock Lesnar: Longest World Champion In The Modern Era
When Brock Lesnar beat Goldberg for the first time in his career at WrestleMania 33, he won the Universal Championship for the first time too. After the victory at The Show of Shows, he went on to have a record-long title reign, which cemented his place as one of the most influential names ever.
Surpassing CM Punk's record of 434 days, Lesnar kept the title around his waist for 504 days. He won it in April 2017, and he dropped it at the 2018 edition of SummerSlam.
2 Goldberg: The WCW Streak
The unbeaten streak of Goldberg in WCW made him a megastar within a year. His unbeaten streak began in 1997 and ended at the 1998 edition of Starrcade.
His impressive streak was one of the longest in professional wrestling until Asuka did one better in NXT. With quick victories over lower card WCW wrestlers, mid-carders, or even top guys, Goldberg extended the purported streak to 173-0. While having the memorable streak, he was also the WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
1 Brock Lesnar: Broke The Undertaker's WrestleMania Streak
Perhaps the biggest achievement in Brock Lesnar's career was breaking The Undertaker's unbeaten WrestleMania streak at WrestleMania 30. Lesnar did what 18 other wrestlers couldn't do.
By conquering The Deadman in his yard on The Grandest Stage of Them All, Lesnar not only elevated his stature in WWE but also proved why he was such a domineering personality. Conversely, when Goldberg fought The Undertaker, he lost the bout.
