Personal opinion based on my love for blue-ish colors and my distaste for brown: Ivysaur, Butterfree, Nidorina, Magneton, Porygon family, Mewtwo, Meganium, Crobat, Xatu, Politoed, Yanma, Pineco, Misdreavus, Dunsparce, Scizor, Shuckle, Raikou, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Marshtomp, Beautifly, Ralts family, Manectric, Roselia, Carvanha, Seviper, Anorith, Shuppet, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Grotle, Vespiquen, Bronzor, Skorupi, Abomasnow, Togekiss, Giratina, Cresselia, Arceus, Oshawott, Gigalith, Archeops, Reuniclus, Elgyem, Golett family, Cobalion, Gogoat, Malamar, Amaura, Xerneas, Zygarde, Volcanion, Crabominable, both Wishiwashi, Tsareena, Golisopod, Drampa, Guzzlord, Sobble, Chewtle, Flapple, Hatenna family, Cufant family and Zamazenta.

My Top 10 would be:
1. Gardevoir: Dark green and white are always a win, and the red representing the heart is a smart move. It shines best on its Sugimori artwork, sadly the anime version gets the colors wrong.
2. Xerneas: Dark blue and black are always a win, the yellow is amazing and the colors on its antlers are icing on the cake.
3. Hatterene: Pastel colors forever.
4. Togekiss: I don't know what the red and blue represent but they for sure go well with white.
5. Porygon (the 3D version, not the pink one) & Porygon2: That red is just great and the blue or green they chose make a pleasing combunation.
6. Giratina: 4+ colors that shouldn't go well but do, it was aged splendidly.
7. Guzzlord: Yellow and black are always a win, and those dark blue tones make it better.
8. Shuckle: Bright red and bright yellow go well together.
9. Deoxys: Orange and teal sure make an impression.
10. Suicune: Very royal and relaxing colors.
