Update: New Renderings of River Park, Cobble Hill's High-Rise Community at LICH Site

Cityrealty recently stopped by the construction sites for each of the residential buildings (see below). Foundation work has started at 1, 2, and 5 River Park, and scaffolding is still up at Polhemus Residences. Polhemus Townhouses has received its facade and looks to be nearing completion.

The final two properties in River Park will include 3 River Park, a brand new building, and 4 River Park, a hospital-to-residential conversion. These full-block developments will rise between Hicks Street and Henry Street.
