During the latest episode of the drama-filled second season of Welcome to Plathville, Ethan and Olivia headed to the tattoo parlor to acquire some romantic matching ink. Ethan admitted to being slightly apprehensive, particularly about the pain, but acknowledged it was a sweet idea. The happy couple placed their tattoos in the same place, on the inside of their right wrists, but got corresponding, complementary designs rather than opting for the exact same thing.
Ethan got the letter "K" with a heart symbol underneath, while Olivia got "Q," also with a heart symbol underneath. She explained to producers, "We got the king and queen of hearts for our couple tattoo. I think it's kinda cute, like, the king and queen of each other's hearts." Her hubby agreed, noting, "I thought it was something romantic to each have something from the other." Both expressed they were glad to have gotten the artwork, with Olivia describing the tattoos as "classy."
Ethan added sweetly, "When we put our hands together, they look like they're supposed to be together now." The design is actually a classic choice for couples. As Tattoo SEO explains, this style of tattoos represents a couple's devotion to each other. Queen Rules Project adds that, together, the king and queen "form a powerful couple who rule over their love."
