WrestleMania 37 is just around the corner, and WWE will commence the buildup for the matches any week now.

The only match confirmed is Edge vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. That bout became official at Sunday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, after the Royal Rumble winner attacked Reigns following a successful title defense over Daniel Bryan.

It may not be long until WWE locks in another major championship match for the "Show of Shows" in Tampa Bay, Florida.

On this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE teased a split between Asuka and Charlotte Flair. The duo lost a rematch to Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, one day after falling short against them in the Women's Tag Team Championships match at Elimination Chamber.

According to Randall Ortman of Cageside Seats, the belief is that "the post-match angle between Charlotte Flair and Asuka from Monday’s Raw is setting up a feud between the two for WrestleMania 37."

Asuka lost a tooth after a hard kick from Baszler during the match on Raw. Because of this, Ortman notes that the Asuka-Charlotte feud "may not have come off as planned."

The Raw Women's Champion was previously in a feud with Lacey Evans, and they were scheduled to face off in a title match at Elimination Chamber. Evans was removed from the card after announcing her pregnancy on last week's episode of Raw.

The belief is that Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair will challenge Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women's Championship. Looking at the creative direction on Raw, Charlotte certainly looks like the most likely candidate to face Asuka at WrestleMania.

This would mark the second WrestleMania showdown between the two. They previously met at WrestleMania 34 for the SmackDown Women's Championship, with Charlotte ending Asuka's undefeated streak.

This Match Has To Happen

Charlotte vs. Asuka has been one of the WWE's best rivalries over the past three years. The two future Hall of Famers have displayed remarkable chemistry in their matches, and Asuka vs. Charlotte would be a true WrestleMania classic. Add it all up, and WWE simply has every reason to run this match again in Tampa Bay.
