Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas send a congratulatory note to director Anil Sharma for Gadar 2

Bollywood has been buzzing with the success of Gadar 2, starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, which was released on August 11. The film's team has received congratulations from several filmmakers and actors.

Recently, Anil Sharma, the director of the movie, shared on social media that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had sent him beautiful flowers along with a sweet note to congratulate him on the film's success. 

Sharing the pictures, Anil wrote, "Thx @priyankachopra and @nickjonas for your warm wishes ... it really touched my heart #Gadar2."

The note read, "Dear Anil Sir, Congratulations on the super success of Gadar 2! Lots of wishes for the future endeavours! Much love, Priyanka and Nick."

It is noteworthy that Priyanka Chopra made her Bollywood debut with Sunny Deol in Anil Sharma's 2003 film Hero: Love Story Of A Spy. The film marked Priyanka Chopra’s big Bollywood debut and also starred Preity Zinta and the late Amrish Puri.

Helmed by director Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 stands as the continuation of the 2001 blockbuster Gadar. In this sequel, Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma have seamlessly stepped back into their iconic characters: Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete.
