Razor Claws help evolve Sneasel into one of its final forms in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. They can be found in Jubilife Village from Glinko.
The Razor Claw is an evolutionary item in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. As players explore the Hisui region, they'll come across new Pokémon along the way. One of which is Hisuian Sneasel, a Fighting and Poison-type Pokémon variant of the classic Ice and Dark-type Pokémon. Both Sneasel and Hisuian Sneasel are available for capture in Pokémon Legends: Arceus and both have different evolutions. Johtonian Sneasel will evolve into Weavile during the night while Hisuian Sneasel will evolve into Sneasler during the day.
Trainers will need to obtain all three of these Pokémon to complete the Pokédex and unlock the Shiny Charm item. In order to evolve either Sneasel into their new form, the player will need to obtain a Razor Claw. This is an evolutionary item that was introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl that also increases the holder's critical hit ratio. The only purpose of this item in the entire series is to help Sneasel evolve exclusively. No other Pokémon out of the 800+ out there use the Razor Claw to evolve.
Fortunately, there are tons of different ways to get Razor Claws in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Trainers will need to collect at least two of them to receive both Weavile and Sneasler. The first method is by purchasing them using Merit Points in Jublife Village. There's a Trading Post that will sell Razor Claws for 1,400 Merit Points. Outside of Poké Dollars, these are the secondary currency in the game. These are rewarded to trainers who are able to pick up fallen players' satchels when exploring the wild.
Finding More Razor Claws in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Razor Claws can also be purchased from Ginter in Jubilife Village. His items are swapped out every day so much sure to pay attention to what he's selling. If he mentions that he's selling a "Mystery Claw," this is the Razor Claw and will sell for 10,000 Poké Dollars. There's also a chance to find Razor Claws in Legends: Arceus inside of Space-Time Distortions. These can randomly appear around the map and will spawn Pokémon from different time periods.
It's a great chance to also get the materials for crafting Star Pieces in Pokémon Legends: Arceus while grabbing more Razor Claws. Lastly, there is a chance that Wild Sneasel will drop a Razor Claw after it has been defeated or captured. Although, this is completely luck-based and Sneasel itself can be fairly difficult to find. They are located in Alabaster Icelands but there's no guarantee there will be a Razor Claw. Regardless, one of these four methods will work toward obtaining a Razor Claw for Sneasel.
