Cora Jade broke a lot of fans' hearts when she turned heel on her best friend and co-champion Roxanne Perez. The pair had just become NXT Women's Tag Team Champions a week prior after defeating Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne of Toxic Attraction. Cora vacated the title by throwing her belt in the trash, all but forcing Roxanne to relinquish her title as well.

The Challengers
The favorites heading into this match are undoubtedly the former two-time champions, Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin. Because they're the favorites, though, a victory for them would also feel the most underwhelming.
The second pair of competitors, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, have been an impressive tag team but haven't been able to capture gold in their WWE careers so far. Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz are relatively new to NXT but have great chemistry as a team and a lot to prove. Lastly, the Diamond Mine will be represented by Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley. The women of Diamond Mine haven't always seen eye-to-eye but will hopefully be on the same page heading into next week's match.
With the chaos that accompanies four-way matches, it'd be a bad idea to count any team out. Fans will have to tune into NXT next Tuesday night in order to see which team walks away with the gold.
