The +MAXCONNECT parameter specifies the maximum number of connections to the BMC AMI Utilities Subsystem started task, also known as CDBSS that the primary can start.
+MAXCONNECT is set by the configuration job, usually UBMCCNTL(NGT$GLBL). You can override this parameter in individual utility jobs with the UTLPARMS DD. You can specify the value of this parameter at utility runtime using the XSUTGLOB (global variable definition) automation control point.
