The Winick Realty Group is handling leasing for the building’s retail component, which will feature ceilings heights of 13 feet and approximately 190 feet of frontage on Myrtle Avenue. The space will join an already bustling street, with neighbors including the Pratt Institute, Dunkin’ Donuts, Khim’s Millennium Market, Key Food, Bergen bagels, Salon 718, Myrtle Eats, Wray’s, and more. Also in development on the street are 525 Myrtle Avenue, the recently opened 490 Myrtle Avenue, and the soon-to-open 531 Myrtle Avenue. The strip will also soon see the completion of a pedestrian plaza that will include streetscape improvements, seating areas, and trees.
