Mark Henry may have fooled everyone when he pretended to retire and attacked John Cena after doing so, but the WWE Hall Of Famer has enjoyed something of retirement over the last few years, only being coaxed back into the ring by the allure of the Saudia Arabian show 'Greatest Royal Rumble'

But, 'The World's Strongest Man' has now revealed that even though he's enjoying his backstage role in WWE that he is definitely going to return to the ring at some point in the future because he has unfinished business following the RAW Legend's Night and want's to match a rival's unique record.

During the recent Busted Open Radio episode, Henry revealed he was lighter and in great shape so wanted to have another match within 6 months (h/t Sportskeeda)

"Now, I'm walking on two feet, and I'm 325 pounds. I'm lighter, trimmer than I've ever been, and I plan on having a match sometime in the next six months. I just want to have one match, and if Randy is the guy, then so be it. But, believe me, I'll be ready, and I won't be on one foot in a push scooter."

Randy Orton badmouthed Mark Henry at the recent Raw Legend's Night so it's clear that Henry would love the opportunity to put the former 'Legend Killer' right, but there's another extremely valid reason why Henry might want to return to the ring, and it involves the man formerly known as The Big Show, who has recently signed for AEW, Paul Wight.

"Yeah, I got to wrestle in this decade. I got to because Big Show has wrestled in four, and I have wrestled in three, and I can't let him have that over me. That's my brother man, and as close to one I got in wrestling, and I love him, and I'm glad he landed somewhere he feels appreciated, and I hope that we can have him see him, you know, get his just due."

The Big Show recently marked his fourth decade of active in-ring competition and it's clear that Mark Henry would also like to share that milestone with his good friend by matching it.  I know I'd love to see Henry bring the Hall of Pain out of retirement one last time
