WWE is likely going to be facing an uphill battle trying to make Logan Paul -- one of the most hated celebrities in WWE history -- a babyface, but it appears they're going to try anyway. The Miz turned on Paul during WrestleMania Saturday and The A-Lister came out and acted like a heel on Monday's WrestleMania Raw. Knowing the struggle to get fans to like Paul is real, why would WWE try to convince the WWE Universe to cheer someone they are so keen to boo?

The answer seems to be that it was part of Paul's agreement with WWE when he signed on to do his match at WrestleMania. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Paul had it worked into his deal with WWE that he would be a babyface by the time the feud with Rey Mysterio and Dominik was over. It could explain why he was pro-Cleveland in his promo a few weeks ago and why, every once and awhile, he did the "good guy" thing when Miz kept playing the bad guy.

There has been talk that both WWE and Paul want to continue working together and the YouTube star and celebrity boxer had gotten the bug for the sports entertainment industry. The trick for WWE is finding a way to best use him and the problem they'll face is working around his condition to be a babyface when it was clear the fans at WrestleMania loved that The Miz cheap-shotted Paul when the match was over. The Miz high-fived fans on the way to the back and while he played the heel role on Monday, it sure didn't look like he was a heel at the end of his match at WrestleMania.

How Is WWE Going To Work This Out?

If the plan is to try and make Paul a babyface, the first thing they'll need to avoid is bringing his brother Jake Paul anywhere near him. Jake was on the kickoff panel for Night One and was got all sorts of heat (intentionally and unintentionally). The only thing harder than trying to get fans to cheer for Logan would be having them do so while they hate Jake.

Second, The Miz is well-respected, and it's likely heel be cheered over Paul. It might be best to keep these two away from each other or have The Miz do some incredibly heelish things and get Paul to save someone with a surprise run-in at a later date.
