Jordana Barnes Confirms She is Not Dating Sam Logan

Despite fan speculation due to their social media posts, Jordana Barnes confirms she is not dating her Siesta Key costar and friend Sam Logan.

Though Jordana Barnes and Sam Logan may live together, the Siesta Key star confirmed she and Sam are not dating. Fans have been curious about the state of Jordana and Sam's relationship for months now. Since season 4b premiered on MTV, the two have been highly present on each other's Instagram pages and have even made it clear that they live together. On the show, Sam has been spending time with Miami-based model Meghan Bischoff after his split from the main star Juliette Porter. However, fans believe Jordana has always had feelings for Sam and wishes he would date her instead.

According to Juliette, her costar never supported her relationship with Sam and couldn't wait for the two of them to break up. It was also Juliette who first informed fans that her ex was living with Jordana, who she'd always been suspicious of during their relationship. Throughout her time on the show, she made several comments suggesting she wanted to be with Sam but always played them off as a joke. In April, Sam told a Siesta Key fan on Instagram that he and Jordana were dating, but fans weren't sure if he was just joking. According to his housemate, he was, in fact, teasing them, and the two are just friends.

The reality star recently did a Q and A on Instagram where a fan asked her if she and Sam were a couple, and she finally gave an answer. Jordana responded, "No, we're not. It's easy to be around him. We get along so well but keeping it at friend level is what feels right to both of us." The star admitted she gets asked that question a lot as the two are constantly together and always appear to be very close. However, since Sam is also hanging out with a lot of girls on Instagram on a regular basis, it was hard to tell if he and Jordana were actually together.

Siesta Key is nearing the end of its season, but the show did not hold off on any drama. The season was mainly focused on Juliette and Sam's split, which Jordana seemed enthused about. She quickly befriended Meghan, knowing how much Juliette didn't like her, and had no problem hanging out with her on Sam's Instagram stories. Jordana was also the one to pass around the video of Juliette and Clark Drum at dinner on their trip to Los Angeles in order to call her out for being a hypocrite.

Fans finally have their answer about Jordana and Sam. If you ask Juliette, she'll probably say Jordana would love to date Sam and was plotting a way to steal him from her while they were still together. However, Jordana tells a very different story and seems to be perfectly fine with her and Sam's friendship. Who's to say if the Siesta Key stars will end up together in the future, but if they do, it'll likely be the plot of the show's next season.
