Jordan Devlin's time in WWE NXT UK appears to have come to an end this week after being defeated by Ilja Dragunov during the latest episode of the show.

The Irish Ace is one of the bigger names on the WWE NXT UK roster, being someone that the company has pushed regularly since he joined. Devlin is a former Cruiserweight Champion, and he has enjoyed appearances in NXT as well, feuding with Santos Escobar. He is also someone who was trained by Finn Balor, which is a connection that the company has played into over the years.

Devlin has been a regular part of WWE NXT UK ever since the brand was created, being a big part of the show. Typically working as a heel, the company has utilized him a lot, but it seems like his run on that roster is now over.

Jordan Devlin Must Leave NXT UK

During the latest episode of WWE NXT UK, Jordan Devlin competed against the current NXT UK Champion, Ilja Dragunov. The match, which was also for the title, had a loser leaves NXT UK stipulation tagged to it. They battled for over 20 minutes, and because the Irish Ace was beaten, he is now set to depart the brand.

Right now, it is unclear what this means for Devlin's future. It is expected he will leave WWE NXT UK, but these stipulations have been turned around in the past. However, it could also mean that the company is planning on transitioning him across to the States to be part of NXT 2.0.

WWE has done this recently with Gunther and The Grizzled Young Veterans, while other names like Kay Lee Ray, and Rhea Ripley have made that journey. Of course, there is also a chance that Devlin's WWE contract is now up, and this could be the end of his run entirely, but that is not known at this point.
