JBL once had the regrettable experience of getting grabbed by Brock Lesnar out of the ring and it was all on account of his own thirst for petty revenge.

The former WWE superstar recalled hitting Brock's phone out of his hand while he was having a conversation but explained his actions were provoked by The Beast Incarnate, who had ruined his attempt to wolf down some Lucky Charms.

JBL relayed the incident to Kenny Bolin on The Bolin Alley.

“Brock and I are good friends," he said. "And he’s sitting there and I’ve got some Lucky Charms in my hand. This was a couple of years ago. And I was just gonna pop them in my mouth. I was in catering. Brock comes by and hits my hand and they go all over the place. He thought it was funny.

"I go by Brock and [Lesnar]’s on the phone and I hit his elbow and when I do I knock the phone down the hall, I didn’t mean to! I thought, ‘you know what, I’ll just keep walking’. And Brock grabbed me, pulled me in, and I said, ‘Brock, I don’t know what you’ve hurt, but you’ve hurt me somewhere. If you’ll let me go I’ll assess the damage. I promise.’ And Brock just, ‘HA HA HA HA HA’.”

You Started It!

It would appear that had Brock wanted to do some serious damage to JBL, he could have pretty easily. Fortunately, the towering athlete saw the funny side of having his phone tossed after some time had passed. After all, he did start it.

There is still some doubt over Brock's future with WWE as he hasn't been involved with the company since early last year, at least not publicly. On the bright side, though, it's been reported that Bobby Lashley has been promised he will get that long-awaited match with the larger-than-life superstar.
