The source said, "At the moment, it's still casual. It's new. She's been to one of his shows already and they're having fun." Though Cavallari and Rice are enjoying their time together, they aren't in a rush to label their situation.

This union comes as a welcome change for both parties, as Cavallari recently split from her short-term relationship with comedian Jeff Dye, and Rice has had his own fair share of relationship turmoil.
