While this location does cost $1,358,000, it is the most central location in GTA Online’s massive map. This will make it easier for you to access other key locations and businesses due to the Weed Farm's proximity. Having said that, if you do not have the required capital, you can consider these alternate options and purchase the Downtown Vinewood location later.
