Grilled zucchini with sesame and chilli

This is a deliciously moreish side for Asian-style dishes and so quick and easy to whip up if you feel like you need to increase the vege content of a meal.
Ingredients
| 4 large | Zucchini, thickly angle-sliced |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
| ½ tsp | Chilli flakes, or cayenne pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions
- Grill zucchini over a medium heat until lightly charred and slightly softened (about 3 minutes each side). Transfer to a serving platter.
- Mix garlic, sesame oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Toss through zucchini, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm or at room temperature.
