Randy Orton competed for Sheamus' WWE Championship inside the Elimination Chamber at the titular event in 2010. The match also included John Cena, Ted DiBiase, Kofi Kingston & Triple H, and The Viper thought he had the advantage with his Legacy brothers around to help him.
But Orton didn't know that he was in for a shock as his Legacy brothers Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase would turn on him during the match. Tensions were already high between the stable as Rhodes & DiBiase had inadvertently cost Orton the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.
Orton was the second wrestler to get released from the pods, followed by DiBiase. Cody Rhodes made his way towards the ring and slipped a steel pipe inside the chamber, which DiBiase used to strike Randy Orton.
