Log in to access multiple websites and applications. The following guide will show you how to use the portal and provide screen shots.

Access to myNorthridge Portal requires a CSUN username ID. You will need to locate your admissions packet, which contains the initial password and user ID.

Visit  to find the portal under the myNorthridge Portal sign-in menu. Log in using your details:-

• User ID
• initial password.

Activation instructions will appear. Follow these steps to reset your password.

Login

Enter your username and password. The email address and temporary password you were given by the University should be entered by new applicants.

Your connection will be terminated after 27 minutes of inactivity.

The DUO Multifactor Authentication prompt for DUO MultiFactor authentication will change on March 26th. For more information please see

After you have finished using myNorthridge Portal click the logout link in the upper right corner. We strongly recommend closing the browser after you log out to prevent unauthorised users from accessing personal information.

Help

Logging in is difficult if you don’t know your password and user ID. Double-check to make sure JavaScript and caps lock are not enabled. Try closing your browser and then reopening it. If none of these solutions work, please contact the IT Help Center.
