Conor McGregor Makes A Mock UFC 300 Main Event

‘The Notorious’ Is Taking Pleasure In Taunting Michael Chandler

After serving as coaches on The Ultimate Fighter in early 2022, Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor have been eagerly anticipating an official date for their fight. McGregor, who had to re-enter the UFC’s anti-doping program, is set to be eligible for competition again in April, just in time for UFC 300. However, Chandler has not yet received confirmation of the fight, prompting him to take shots at McGregor on social media.

In a tweet, Chandler mentioned a rumored meeting in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and expressed hope that UFC President Dana White could persuade McGregor to honor his commitment. Chandler also referenced a documentary titled "McGregor Forever," released on Netflix in early 2023, detailing McGregor's recovery from a significant leg injury. In response, McGregor, in a now-deleted tweet, mocked Chandler's drawing power without him and suggested a potential UFC 300 main event between Chandler and Renato Moicano.

Moicano, uninterested in the proposal, responded that he's focused on his upcoming fight against Drew Dober in February, stating, "Nah, I'm good. Too easy."
