The Undertaker hasn't wrestled since last year's Extreme Rules pay-per-view, but it sounds like he could be returning to the ring in short time.

According to Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda.com, the belief is that The Phenom will be present at the next event in Saudi Arabia. As for WrestleMania 36? That appears to be another story.

Colohue explained that it's unlikely for Undertaker to be at both the Saudi Arabia event and WrestleMania 36, given his standards and the fact "he needs to train in a certain way."

If this ends up being the case, nobody should be surprised. Undertaker is closing in on his 56th birthday, and he only does the odd match a year. Having him to wrestle twice over a two-month span -- especially for two major events -- may be asking for too much.

That said, Undertaker did take part in two matches over a one-month span last year. He defeated Goldberg at Super ShowDown on June 7, before teaming up with Roman Reigns in a winning effort against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at the aforementioned Extreme Rules event on July 14.

However, Undertaker's match against Goldberg was relatively short, with the former winning in 9:35. Teaming up with Reigns helped limit the amount of bumps Undertaker took, too.

Of course, nothing is completely set in stone yet. Perhaps Undertaker will find a way to show up to both events, and one of them could see him appear in a non-wrestling capacity. We should find out in short time what Undertaker's possible role will be at the upcoming event in Saudi Arabia.

WWE Needs Undertaker At WrestleMania

Even if he doesn't compete in the ring at WrestleMania, WWE needs to try and find a way to get him there. The show simply isn't the same without The Deadman, given his incredible history on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Undertaker was absent from WrestleMania 35 last year, and WWE should do all they can to bring him back for this year's event in Tampa Bay -- even if it's in a non-wrestling capacity.
