Babygirl Lisa Hamme's Weight Loss Journey In Photos

90 Day Fiancé star Lisa "Babygirl" Hamme is wowing admirers on Instagram, by showing them how different she looks after her split with Usman Umar.

Since she left 90 Day Fiancé after documenting her dramatic relationship with Usman Umar AKA Sojaboy, Lisa “Babygirl” Hamme has had a weight loss transformation. After Usman and Lisa met on Facebook (and then in person on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days), they had a volatile relationship. Back then, Lisa was 49 and Usman was 29, and they soon agreed to get married. Lisa wasn’t someone that fans liked while they watched her on TLC, even though Usman drew criticism for being a Green Card hunter.

After arriving in Nigeria, Lisa disrespected Usman’s culture and complained about everything. She wasn’t fond of Usman having several fangirls, and even though viewers weren't sure that they would ever marry, the couple tied the knot in the finale. However, in reality, Usman and Lisa had married in August 2019 and split in May 2020. Lisa accused Usman of cheating on her, and during the Tell-All, Usman revealed that Lisa had used racial slurs against him. While it wasn’t confirmed, Lisa was reportedly fired from 90 Day Fiancé due to that incident. Lisa married her new husband Tracey in April 2021.

In February of this year, Lisa claimed that she was still waiting for divorce papers from Usman. She explained that she was never legally married to Usman in the United States, and stated that they were only officially married in Nigeria. Meanwhile, Usman returned to 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 with another older American woman, Kim Menzies. Usman didn’t want to have a repeat of his relationship with Lisa with Kim, and refused to make her his girlfriend. However, the couple ended up together, and they are still an item. On the other hand, Lisa (who claimed Kim and Usman are a fake couple) has been showing off her life after "Sojaboy" on Instagram.

In March, Lisa shared a 90 Day Fiancé behind-the-scenes photo of her from Before the 90 Days. In the throwback photo from 2019, Lisa wore a lovely red dress, and fans thought that her smile was amazing. “You're soo beautiful BGL,” a fan told Lisa in her Instagram comments. While fans loved Lisa’s old look, they seem to like 2022 Lisa even better. A post from February had a fan writing, “Ur looking younger what's ur secret?” after admiring Lisa's youthful face and smooth, clear skin. When a critic replied to the comment with “filters,” Lisa asked them, “and?????” She was seemingly not ready to spill her beauty secret.

On 90 Day Fiancé, Lisa often wore her hair in a curly, messy look. Lisa’s blonde locks were long and went past her shoulders. On special occasions, such as going to watch "Sojaboy" Usman perform in Nigeria, Lisa used to tie her hair up in a classy-looking bun. However, she showed off her remarkable hair transformation in September 2020. Lisa flaunted a shorter and trendier bob with a rounder shape, perhaps after a fresh blow-dry. Lisa also looked different than in her usual photos, perhaps due to heavy filters, but has great skin in both shots.

Fans may know Lisa as someone who loves to troll Usman and Kim for their relationship, and share memes about them on social media. However, Lisa has also wowed some of her followers with the way that her personal style has changed. Lisa’s playful nature is reflected in her fashion choices, including her love of colorful patterns and prints. However, this post from Lisa’s alternate IG account reveals that Lisa lost weight after filming 90 Day Fiancé, even though it features her in baggy clothes.

Since she rarely uploads full-length photos (she's been sticking to selfies, but the photo above is an exception), fans may not know the extent of her weight loss transformation. Until Lisa decides that she’s comfortable ditching the filters, the 90 Day Fiancé fans who support her will have to resign themselves to leaving heart-eye emojis on her tweaked photos.
