WWE superstars would think twice before getting on the wrong side of The Viper, as they knew what Orton had in store for anyone who stands in his path. Randy Orton had given countless awe-inspiring memories with his iconic finisher, including a few women wrestlers getting RKOd out of nowhere. A total of seven women have fallen for Orton's RKO. The Viper does not discriminate with who he punishes.
7 Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss became the latest addition to Randy Orton's victims after taking an RKO from The Viper during her Raw Women's Championship match against Asuka on the January 25, 2021, episode of Raw.
After shooting a fireball at Orton's face a couple of weeks ago, Bliss should've known she can feel The Legend Killers wrath at any time.
But she was so focused on winning the Raw Women's title from Asuka, leaving her vulnerable for an RKO out of nowhere.
Bliss was moments away from becoming the champion when Orton surprised her with an RKO.
6 Fabulous Moolah
The Fabulous Moolah was celebrating her 80th birthday, and for her luck, the September 15, 2003, episode of Raw took place in her hometown of Columbia, South Carolina.
She laced her boots one more time in a match against Victoria, whom she defeated in 31 seconds. An enraged Victoria started to assault the Hall of Famer.
Randy Orton came out and saved Moolah from Victoria's assault. Orton emphasized how his father and grandfather have told him stories about how The Fabulous Moolah was a legend.
He then introduced himself to Moolah as the Legend Killer and RKO'ed the 80-year-old woman right in the middle of the ring.
5 Stacy Kiebler
Stacy Kiebler started appearing in various backstage segments along with Randy Orton in February 2005, and it soon blossomed into an on-screen romantic angle between the two superstars.
Orton had just finished his business with Evolution and needed a big break to move on with his singles career, and that's when he challenged The Undertaker for a match at WrestleMania 21.
Orton continued to taunt The Undertaker about how he was not afraid of The Deadman. He wanted to prove to The Undertaker how ruthless he could be, and Orton decided to prove his point at the expense of his on-screen girlfriend, Stacy Kiebler.

4 Trish Stratus
After Triple H and Shawn Michaels reformed D-Generation X in 2006, they cost Edge his final chance match for John Cena's WWE Championship on the October 2, 2006, episode of Raw.
Edge vowed to get back at the legendary team and asked for Randy Orton's help, thus forming Rated-RKO.
But DX wasn't the only problem for Edge and Orton, as Edge's girlfriend Lita had been feuding with Trish Stratus for a while.
It led to a six-person mixed tag team match on the September 4, 2006, episode of Raw, which saw Edge, Orton, and Lita take on John Cena, Carlito, and Trish Stratus.
The closing moments of the match saw Randy Orton drop Trish Stratus with an RKO to enable Lita to pick up the win for their team.
3 Stephanie McMahon
Randy Orton entered into a feud with the McMahon family after recruiting Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase to form the Legacy stable. The rivalry introduced the world to a more ruthless Randy Orton, as he took out every member of the McMahon family one after the other.
Shane McMahon tried to step up to the Legend Killer on the February 16, 2009, episode of Raw, but he couldn't survive the numbers game.

She became the first person to compete in two Royal Rumble matches on the same night and the fourth woman to compete in a men's Royal Rumble match.
While she had some brief success by eliminating Mustafa Ali from the match, she couldn't stand the insurmountable odds.
She took a superkick from Dolph Ziggler and a 619 from Rey Mysterio before getting knocked out with an RKO from Randy Orton.
1 Beth Phoenix
After getting eliminated from the 2020 Royal Rumble match by his old Rated RKO partner Edge, who made his return after 11 years of retirement, The Viper showed his true colors on the following night on Raw.
