Mandy Rose is the current NXT Women's Champion after capturing the title from Raquel Gonzalez at Halloween Havoc in 2021 and has since unified it with the NXT UK Women's Championship when she defeated Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport at the World's Collide event. It is the only wrestling title that Mandy Rose has held for her entire career, despite challenging for the Women's Tag Team Championships with Sonya Deville as one half of Fire and Desire.

Mandy Rose is also the head of Toxic Attraction, which includes fellow NXT wrestlers Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, who previously wrestled on the independent wrestling circuit as Priscilla Kelly and Avery Taylor respectively.
9 Lived With Sonya Deville
For the most part, you would expect Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville to have very little in common. Before joining WWE, DeVille trained in MMA before signing for WWE after competing in the sixth season of Tough Enough. The two became friends during Tough Enough and were both signed to developmental contracts. The two faced off against each other on House Shows in NXT before making their main roster debut alongside a returning Paige as Absolution.

In 2020, in the middle of a singles feud between the two, Sonya Deville had a terrifying encounter after her stalker arrived at her house and attempted to kidnap her. What was revealed afterward was that Deville wasn't home alone and that her on-screen rival and real-life friend Mandy Rose was living with her. Thankfully neither of them was hurt and Deville would get an injunction against the would-be kidnapper.
8 Engaged To Tino Sabbatelli
During the Pandemic Era, Mandy Rose was booked in a memorable on-screen romance with Otis from Heavy Machinery. WWE did a fantastic job building up the chemistry between the two while keeping them apart by using Dolph Ziggler and Sonya Deville as obstacles. Despite the story being incredibly popular, the two eventually drifted apart after they were put in different storylines. The highlight of the story was the on-screen kiss that they shared at WrestleMania 36.
Outside of the ring, Rose posted photos on her social media account that she was in a relationship with a former NFL footballer and NXT wrestler Tino Sabbatelli. The couple appeared to break up around the time Sabbatelli was released from the promotion and was signed for AEW. The pair appears to have reunited and in September 2022, Mandy Rose and Tino Sabbatelli announced that they were engaged via a post on her Instagram.
7 Participated In Tough Enough
Mandy Rose arrived in WWE after participating in the sixth season of Tough Enough. Rose did well throughout the season, finishing as runner-up behind Sara-Lee. Rose's season of Tough Enough had several notable names including Sonya Deville, Chelsea Green, and Patrick Clark the latter of whom would become the Velveteen Dream in WWE.

Her experience of Tough Enough was her first experience in professional wrestling, with her in-ring debut coming on the show against Alicia Fox. Rose would lose to Fox in a 3-minute match.
6 Owns A Donut Business
In 2019, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville created a YouTube account that mainly showed them traveling and trying different foods from around the world, mainly donuts. In 2022, the two created their own donut shop called DaMandyz Donutz. The company had pop-up shops in New York and Los Angeles and has six different flavors of donuts including chocolate, PB & J, Blueberry Oldfashioned, Cookies & Cream, Classic Glazed, and a special glazed donut.
The website also sells merchandise, including a line of clothes for Pride products including t-shirts, hoodies, and cups.
5 Has A Puppy
Life on the road makes it difficult to have a family life, but many wrestlers still chose to have pets because it means that there is someone to come home to at the end of the night and it's possible to take pets on some road trips. Alexa Bliss famously had a pet pig called Larry that sadly passed away in 2021. Mandy Rose also has pets, showing off her two dogs in posts on her Instagram account. One of her dogs is a Golden Poodle that she adopted in 2020. The dog's name is Penny Lane, a reference to a Beatles song of the same name.
4 Studied Speech Pathology
While some wrestlers arrive in professional wrestling after wrestling in high school or college, many wrestlers in the current generation study at private wrestling schools and work for Independent wrestling promotions in the hopes of making it big in professional wrestling. While Mandy Rose never wrestled in school or college, she attended Iona University in upstate New York. Rose completed her bachelor's degree majoring in speech pathology.

Instead of pursuing a career linked to her degree, Rose would compete in fitness competitions and work as a fitness model before signing up for Tough Enough and making it to WWE.
3 Weird Childhood Nickname
Given the way she looks, many would expect that Mandy Rose is very careful with the food that she puts into her body and avoids eating too much junk food. Despite her job requiring her to stay in shape, Rose and Sonya Deville have shared their love of Donuts and other junk food via their YouTube channel and their Donut business. As a child, Mandy Rose also had a nickname that hinted that her love of junk food may date back to when she was a child. Rose spoke about how her brother's nickname for her growing up was Hamburgers. This stems from her boasting that she could eat 100 hamburgers when she was a child.
2 Won Fitness Competitions
From the 1990s until the Women's Revolution, WWE's policy toward the female wrestlers they hired was primarily based on looks. In those days, women in WWE were hired after working as bikini models, and fitness models before being trained on how to compete in a professional wrestling match. This led to a string of very attractive female wrestlers who often didn't wrestle very well. This has changed as WWE is actively seeking women who can wrestle at the top level.
Mandy Rose fits into the older WWE hiring policy and previously worked as a bikini model and participated in fitness competitions before making her way to WWE. She was also incredibly successful at it as well, winning first place in the 2013 WBFF Boston and the 2014 WBFF Bikini World Championships.
1 Was Cast On Total Divas
From 2013 to 2019, many female WWE wrestlers appeared on the reality show, Total Divas. The show started with a cast of seven central Divas, including the Bella Twins, Natalya, Naomi, Eva Marie, JoJo, and Cameron. At the end of each season, the cast would often rotate with some Divas leaving the show and others being inserted as cast members. Natalya was the only Diva that remained a main cast member for the life of the show with Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, and Naomi appearing on every season.
Mandy Rose joined the cast of Total Bellas for the fifth season before appearing as a guest in seasons eight and nine. During the season, Mandy Rose was shown trying to get her divorced parents back together and introduced fans to her boyfriend at the time.
