Bayley has had a very successful career in professional wrestling, and she is someone that has thrived both as a singles and tag team competitor. Whether working as a babyface or a heel, Bayley has always managed to get over, and tag team wrestling is something that she is a huge advocate for.

During her career, she has been able to work with a wide variety of partners, from top female stars to major names in the men's division. Of course, there have been mixed levels of success with those partners, as she has instantly clicked with some while failing to make much of an impact with others.
10 Best: Carmella
Carmella and Bayley are legitimately great friends away from the wrestling ring, therefore it isn't a big surprise that they have tremendous chemistry inside of it. They spent a lot of time tagging during their NXT days, whether this was on television or during live events, getting plenty of reps in.
They have also worked together on the main roster and found success, proving that WWE knows they're a good partnership. It's a team that audiences would likely be interested in seeing pushed in the division at some point, and their results prove it could work.
9 Worst: Elias
During the original Mixed Match Challenge, WWE placed Bayley into a tag team with Elias, which was something that fans were interested to see. Both of them used the Elbow Drop as a finisher, which seemed to be their only real connection, but they also had tons of personality.

However, that didn't translate to in-ring success, because as a team they were defeated in the first round and knocked out. They competed against Lana and Rusev, and the real-life husband and wife proved to be too much for them.
8 Best: Apollo Crews
Another wrestler that Bayley has worked with in the Mixed Match Challenge is Apollo Crews, and their time together was far more successful than her partnership with Elias. The two of them brought the top babyface energy, with Crews being another star who audiences typically love.
They worked well together. Considering their styles matched up nicely inside the ring, they worked out as a team that fans enjoyed watching. They might not have won the entire competition, but overall they were able to thrive as partners, picking up several wins along the way.
7 Worst: Mickie James
Mickie James is an experienced wrestler, and a legend of the business, therefore putting her in a team with Bayley was something that fans always enjoyed seeing. They teamed up several times on Monday Night Raw back in 2017, but they didn't find much success with their efforts.
They often competed against different versions of Absolution, whether that was the trio or just two of them, but it was the heel group that typically got the upper hand on them.
6 Best: Ember Moon
Ember Moon may not have been booked as well as she should have been during her main roster run in WWE, but she was able to pick up plenty of victories alongside Bayley. They worked as a tag team during a lot of live events, proving to be successful as a babyface duo, getting wins to pop the crowd.

On television, they also had the chance to work together, as Moon was placed alongside the Boss N Hug Connection several times for six-woman tag team matches. She fit in perfectly because they managed to secure several wins when working together as a group.
5 Worst: The Dirty Dawgs
Bayley got the opportunity to team up with The Dirty Dawgs in 2021 on an episode of SmackDown to face Bianca Belair and The Street Profits. It was a match that brought two rivalries together at once, but even though her group had the experience factor, it wasn't enough.
They were defeated in that match, giving the babyfaces their moment to shine, while proving that a connection with Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler might not be something to pursue.
4 Best: Finn Balor
Bayley and Finn Balor have always been great friends outside of the ring, and that is likely why they have translated so well on television as partners. Inside the ring, they have great chemistry, and the energy they bring is infectious, especially since they've only been babyfaces when teaming up.
They worked together several times during their NXT days at live events and then got the chance to team up on Raw as well. But it is in the Mixed Match Challenge where they got to flesh out their connection as a tag team, picking up several victories as a dominant duo.
3 Worst: Natalya
Natalya is one of the most experienced female wrestlers in WWE, and over the years she has teamed up with countless different people, including Bayley. They worked together during Bayley's stint in NXT and continued to do so on the main roster, even working as a team at Tribute To The Troops in 2020.
However, the majority of the time when they have shared the ring as partners, it has ended with them being defeated by their opponents. This is perhaps why they have never been truly pushed as a legitimate tag team, as they simply haven't had the chemistry to work.
2 Best: Sasha Banks
There can be no doubt about who Bayley's greatest tag team partner has been over the years, as her connection with Sasha Banks is one that will be remembered forever. The two of them have instant chemistry inside the ring, and whether they are working as babyfaces or heels, they've always been able to entertain.

Both of them take women's tag team wrestling extremely seriously, and that is something that shines through during their contests. The fact they are two-time Women's Tag Team Champions showcases just how great they have been as partners over the years.
1 Worst: Charlotte Flair
Most people would presume that a tag team between Bayley and Charlotte Flair would be extremely successful considering how talented both wrestlers are, and that they are each part of the Four Horsewomen. Despite that, these two top stars didn't work well together as partners during their time in NXT.
They got put together several times, simply because they were two of the bigger stars on the show, but that didn't translate into success. They were often beaten during their matches together, and that is a surprise, but the two have worked better as rivals over the years.
