Nowadays in WWE fans are seeing a variety of wrestlers getting a second chance with the company as Triple H has re-hired plenty of former talent from Braun Strowman to Karrion Kross, and that is giving them the chance to prove themselves all over again. That's something that has happened plenty of times over the years, with a wide variety of wrestlers getting multiple opportunities with WWE.

Some of those wrestlers have deserved that shot, while the same cannot be said for everyone. However, among all of that, some wrestlers have never been given a second chance by WWE even though they did deserve one.
10 Low Ki
Low Ki is one of the most gifted wrestlers of his generation, and a lot of fans thought he might end up following the likes of Bryan Danielson and CM Punk when he first joined WWE. Ultimately, that didn't work out for him as his WWE career was rather forgettable overall.
However, considering the talent that he had, Low Ki would have been an ideal talent to bring onto the NXT roster at some stage. A second chance happening on a show firmly focused on in-ring work would have been the right place for him to thrive.
9 Big Cass
It is easy to see why WWE would never want to give Enzo Amore another chance because he went out and tried to gatecrash the 2018 Survivor Series event. However, Big Cass is a different story as he would have been a great person to bring back to the roster.

His size and strength makes him an ideal WWE Superstar, and there's no doubt that he made huge strides in his personal life to improve his situation. That's why AEW brought him in and he has thrived in that role, which is something he could have done in WWE as well.
8 Victoria
Victoria is often massively overlooked by wrestling fans considering the impact she had throughout her run and how talented she was as a performer. However, she's someone that would have been ideal for a second run with the company as her TNA run showcased she had lots left in the tank.
On top of that, she would have been great for one final run as a legend as well due to how popular she is. However, WWE has often focused on other former wrestlers rather than giving her another opportunity in the ring.
7 Evan Bourne
Evan Bourne was ahead of his time in WWE when it comes to his in-ring style, as the high-speed, aerial offense that he has. Nowadays that is exactly what WWE is looking for, and, surprisingly, Bourne wasn't brought back to be part of that movement, particularly with the cruiserweight division.
Bourne would have been perfect as a competitor on 205 Live, not only for his in-ring work but also adding some name value as a star that fans are aware of. However, that isn't something that the company ever did, and it appears a second chance isn't coming his way.
6 Matt Morgan
Matt Morgan got a decent push during his initial run in WWE but the company never committed to him properly in the same way that TNA did. He had a great spell with TNA throughout his tenure with the company, and that led to him finishing with a great wrestling career.
His size and presence is something that WWE could have easily utilized at any point in time throughout his run within the business, and after he had improved his skills giving him a second chance could have been a great decision, but he wasn't awarded that.
5 Paul London
Paul London was another wrestler who had a great run with the company, and his tag team run with Brian Kendrick led to plenty of success. However, while Kendrick was brought back for a run in 205 Live, the same cannot be said for London.

London was just as talented inside the ring, and that's something that could have created a lot of great in-ring work, and his performances and star power would have been helpful, plus reuniting the tag team would also have been an option.
4 Christopher Daniels
A lot of wrestling fans forget that Christopher Daniels was involved with WWE early on in his career, purely because he went on to do so much outside the company. Whether he has been in TNA, ROH, or even AEW, Daniels has put on some amazing performances that have always caught the eye.
Daniels has always been spoken fondly about in the wrestling world, and he would have been a great wrestler to have on the roster. However, for one reason or another the company just never brought him in for a second run when he was a bigger name.
3 Colt Cabana
Colt Cabana got chances with WWE very early on in his career, even though he has often been considered a great hand, and someone with a lot of charisma to entertain people with, WWE never brought him back for a second run.
When CM Punk was on top of the industry and was best friends with Cabana people thought he might end up being brought in to tap into that connection. However, that didn't happen and a second chance for him seems very unlikely.
2 Kharma
Kharma is one of the best women's wrestlers of all time, but her WWE career just didn't work out due to situations in her personal life. While she needed time away from the ring at that point in life, she is someone that the company could easily have brought back around.

Kharma would always have thrived in WWE as her size was something that the women's division never had. Considering the talent she brings to the ring, Kharma would have also added a lot of great in-ring work that might have led to some fun matches.
1 Mr. Kennedy
Mr. Kennedy is someone that fans were always sure would wind up getting a second chance with the company, purely because of how naturally gifted he was. He suffered from backstage politics as Randy Orton complained about him after an incident in the ring, and he was then cut.
WWE once saw him as a main-event player, therefore it has been surprising to never see him return down the line. Kennedy's name also comes up yearly regarding a Royal Rumble surprise, but he has never had a second chance with the company.
