While the likes of John Cena and The Rock have thrived as Hollywood megastars, becoming leading actors in big franchises, they're not the only wrestlers to take up roles in the acting field. Some of the work for many has slipped under the radar due to the fact that they provide voiceover work.

Whether it be for a video game, a movie, or a television show, there have been quite a few wrestlers to jump into this field over the years. With the experience of promos and delivering different expressions, wrestlers are often great choices for voice acting roles, but a lot of them, fans may not know about.
10 Samoa Joe (Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League)
That's right, Samoa Joe is officially a DC character, as he was involved in the Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League video game. He voices the character of King Shark, which is a perfect casting role for him.
Joe has a booming and commanding voice and that works out really well for a role such as King Shark. The game isn't set to release until 2022, but Joe's voice will be recognizable to all wrestling fans when it does.
9 Sheamus (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows)
The Celtic Warrior has been around WWE for a long time now and it's no surprise that he has managed to earn opportunities outside of the sport. His role came in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows, getting to be involved in a big franchise.

Sheamus was the character Rocksteady, where he got to do voiceover work and he had a small physical part as well before he was transformed into the rhino. Sheamus was able to help make the character an intimidating presence, which certainly worked well for the movie.
8 The New Day (Gears 5)
Fans may remember when The New Day wore full Gears Of War ring gear in WWE, but that wasn't just done for the sake of it. No, it was because the trio were all featured in Gears 5 as part of the DLC content for the game.
They brought their color and vibrant personalities to the game, which proved to be a huge hit. They looked brilliant in the game and, of course, they all got to lend their voices to their characters as well.
7 Matt Hardy (The 99)
The 99 is a children's animated television show that was popular in both the U.K. and Canada but never actually aired in the United States. The show was based on a comic book and landed Matt Hardy a role as a voice actor.
He played the role of Ben Hargreaves in this series, getting to lend his voice to the show and create some acting credits for himself.
6 The Rock (Transformers: Prime)
The Rock is one of the biggest actors in the world, and most of his work is very well known. He famously voiced the character of Maui in Disney's Moana, but back in 2010, he was also on an episode of Transformers: Prime.
The popular franchise brought the WWE legend in to voice the character of Cliffjumper, who is one of the Autobots, with The Rock's recognizable voice being clear for all to hear.
5 John Cena (Dallas & Robo)
Much like The Rock, John Cena has thrived in the world of Hollywood, and he has also worked as a lead actor in a major animated movie with Ferdinand. However, he has also done voice acting for the show Dallas & Robo.

The adult comedy originally started out on YouTube but did eventually make its way to Syfy. Cena got to take on one of the lead roles as Robo, with this series proving to be very funny.
4 Roman Reigns (Elena of Avalor)
Roman Reigns is certainly someone who could end up having a big career in Hollywood at some stage, as he has the right look for it. He does already have one credit to his name, which is on the Disney show, Elena of Avalor.
He played the role of Kizin, who is actually an enemy that Elena and her friends have to overcome in one episode of the show.
3 The Undertaker/Steve Austin (Celebrity Deathmatch)
The stop-motion show, Celebrity Deathmatch certainly proved to be popular in the late '90s, and two of WWE's top stars got to be part of that. Both The Undertaker and Steve Austin were featured on the show where they got to voice themselves.

The show really suited the Attitude Era vibe of WWE at the time, and both Austin and Undertaker were good fits because of their character's personal attitudes at the time.
2 Bret Hart (The Simpsons)
The Simpsons is one of the biggest television shows of all time, and it's one that has featured plenty of celebrity cameos over the years. One of those just so happened to be The Hitman back in 1997.
Bret Hart played himself on the show, coming at a time when he really was at the top of the industry. Hart appeared in season eight on the episode "The Old Man And Lisa."
1 Mick Foley (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Mick Foley has always been great at playing different characters and personalities, which is why he's perfect for voice acting. He was involved in a few episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, playing the role of The Boulder.
This character was a perfect fit for a wrestler to voice because he is an earth-bending wrestler on the show, who competed in different tournaments. Foley puts on a slightly different voice in the show, which might not make him as recognizable, but it is the Hardcore Legend behind this character.
