Fully Loaded was the 23rd In Your House event. The pay-per-view was not well received by audiences, but it did feature a ton of huge WWE names. The card was so stacked that Triple H and The Rock competed in a two-out-of-three-falls match that wasn't even the main event of the show.

The WWE Championship was also not defended at the event since it was a pit stop pay-per-view that was a buffer between King of The Ring and SummerSlam. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and The Undertaker were set to compete for the title at SummerSlam but were tag team partners in the main event. Without further ado, here are 10 other facts fans should know about Fully Loaded 1998.

10 It Featured A Bikini Contest

Bikini Contest Fully Loaded 1998

One of the best remembered moments of Fully Loaded 1998 was the bikini contest between Sable and Jacqueline. It was one of the moments that defined the Attitude Era since Sable walked out wearing the outfit with handprints on her chest.

Sable won the contest at first, but then Jacqueline was declared the winner after Sable was disqualified for not wearing a bikini. The WWE has come a long way in terms of how it treats its women wrestlers. This is a contest and moment that was a clear product of its time.

9 The Dungeon Match Took Place At The Hart Family Dungeon

Hart v Shamrock Fully Loaded

Fully Loaded 1998 took place less than a year after the Montreal Screwjob. Owen Hart was the last member of the Hart family who was still competing as a star on WWE television in the months that followed his brother, Bret Hart's, departure to WCW.

Owen competed against Ken Shamrock in a Dungeon Match that took place at the actual Hart Family Dungeon in Canada. MMA legend Dan Severn was the special guest referee in the brutal bout. Owen ended up hitting Shamrock with a barbell to earn a dirty victory.

By Fully Loaded 1998, the pair had never competed in a match on pay-per-view. At the event, they competed in a Two Out Of Three Falls Match for the Intercontinental Title. The pair would go on to compete against one another in more than a dozen pay-per-view events in some capacity after Fully Loaded.

Although Fully Loaded 1998 was technically an In Your House event, it became an annual event after 1998. The next year would also feature "Stone Cold" and The Undertaker, but this time competing for the WWE Championship. Fully Loaded 2000 was the last of the series and the event was replaced with Invasion in 2001. It was rebranded as Vengeance in 2002.

Steve Austin was a solo star for most of his time with the WWE. Although he won the tag team titles four times in WWE, Fully Loaded 1998 featured his first tag team title match since his time at WCW. He and Undertaker competed for the tag straps against Kane and Mankind.

At WCW, Austin competed with Brian Pillman as The Hollywood Blondes. The pair defended their WCW tag team titles at Beach Blast 1993. Austin never competed for the tag team titles at a pay-per-view event again until Fully Loaded five years later.

Fully Loaded 1998 was not only the pay-per-view debut for Val Venis, but he also entered the PPV with an eight-match undefeated streak since his debut. He quickly defeated Jeff Jarrett at the show, adding to his streak. Other names he defeated leading up to the event include Dustin Runnels and Matt Hardy. He lost a few matches later in a four-on-one Handicap Gauntlet on Raw.

4 Featured The Only Two Out Of Three Falls Matches Of Triple H and The Rock's Career

Triple H and The Rock

The Rock and Triple H are both future WWE Hall of Famers. The two of them had very significant WWE careers. And although Triple H has retired, The Rock might have one big match left in the tank. Shockingly, both stars only competed in only one standard Two Out Of Three Falls Matches in their entire careers.

Although it's not an uncommon match stipulation, it seems the two might've had more Two Out Of Three Falls Matches (especially Triple H), but Fully Loaded 1998 was the only one of either star's career. It also ended in a time limit draw, meaning neither star ever won a standard Two Out Of Three Falls Match, though Triple H has been victorious in two out of three of his appearances in the Three Stages of Hell match stipulation.

3 The Undertaker Was Promoted As A No Show

Everyone had their sights set on SummerSlam during Fully Loaded 1998. The main event match already set for SummerSlam was The Undertaker vs Steve Austin for the WWE Championship. To increase the stakes, the two were paired up and The Undertaker was reported as a no-show for most of the event.

At one point, Vince McMahon tried to sabotage Austin by saying if "the deadman" didn't show up, he would be replaced with the Brooklyn Brawler (aka a jobber). The Undertaker showed up at the tail end of the show and he and Austin ended up winning the tag team titles from Kane and Mankind.

2 Every Under Card Match Lasted Less Than 10 Minutes

Because 30 minutes were devoted to the Two Out Of Three Falls Match between Triple H and The Rock, most of the undercard matches were very quick. It actually helped the pay-per-view flow really well and the promos in between matches kept the momentum.

Mark Henry defeated Vader in five minutes. The Disciples of Apocalypse (8-Ball and Skull) (with Paul Ellering) defeated LOD 2000 (Animal and Hawk) in a little over eight minutes, which was the longest undercard event of the night. The main event between Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker vs Kane and Mankind lasted a little over 18 minutes, being the second longest match of the night.

The bikini contest will always be remembered for Sable's "handprint" outfit, but Jacqueline has a moment that is often forgotten. While she was showing off her bikini, the outfit was off center and it led to the exposure of too much of her chest.

The moment was not the only time she accidentally exposed too much of her chest. At Capital Carnage 1998, she had her top ripped off, revealing a lot more than her slip at Fully Loaded.
