Professional wrestling is nothing if fans don't have a unique lineup of wrestlers to root for or despise. While it is a business of beating up one another and hurting people, not everyone in the sport is a big tough scary figure, some are underdog characters that have more heart than their opponent, some are dark spooky characters that aren't based in reality, like The Undertaker in WWE. Most wrestlers are quite different from each other, so fans can pick a favorite.

There have been plenty of wrestlers that fit the mold for an adorable babyface that can be used to either get the fans behind them and see their favorite fight harder and harder each week for what they believe in, or used as sympathy to see that person get battered and make the person beating them up look more threatening or despicable. Here are some of the most adorable characters in wrestling.
10 Eric Young
Eric Young would spend the first part of his career in TNA Wrestling portraying a not-so-bright ditzy character that wasn't the most believable as a wrestler. His role in the TNA Christmas episode alone would show how adorable of a character he was as fully believed in Santa Claus and wanted everything to go correctly.
Fans would get behind him and eventually Impact Wrestling would attempt to capture what WWE had with the Daniel Bryan storyline, and they would choose Eric Young to be the face of that story. Young has switched around from the adorable character to a hard-as-nails heel leading a faction of lunatics but most remember him for his original TNA run.
9 Allie
Much like Eric Young, Impact Wrestling would use Allie's status as cute with most fans to make her a huge babyface for the promotion. She would be berated by heels like Chelsea Green, Sienna, and Maria before she finally was able to stand up for herself and fight against those stars.
She would capture the Knockouts Championship during her run and also would eventually switch up her character a little by working with the darker character, Rosemary. While in AEW, Allie has mostly portrayed a heel alongside her husband Braxton Sutter and his partner Andy Williams, also known as The Butcher and The Blade.
8 Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan would bounce around characters quite often, starting in NXT wearing snapback hats that said Thug Life on them into her time with the Riott Squad as a loud annoying heel. But for most of her time with WWE, most fans saw her as an adorable babyface fighting against the odds.
Her feud with Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women's Championship showcased two sides of her, one being the adorable outgoing part, and another as a sadistic wrestler who enjoyed the pain she was receiving. She more recently seems to be hovering more around that plucky babyface.
7 Willow Nightingale
Willow Nightingale has been serving as the most plucky and happy babyface on the AEW roster. Rocking bright purple hair and always coming out with the biggest smile ever, she does get serious when the time calls for it. She would team alongside Ruby Soho in a no-DQ match against Anna Jay and Tay Melo looking ready for a street fight.

Her current feud against Soho, Toni Storm, and Saraya has also been her portraying herself a bit more seriously to fend off the trio. Outside those few occasions though, fans can see her on AEW or Ring of Honor looking happy as ever, a look she maintains on social media as well.
6 Otis
Otis would really get the fans behind him during his team with Tucker as Heavy Machinery and his time trying to win over Mandy Rose on the main roster. Otis would go to extreme lengths to impress the former NXT Women's Champion, like letting her land on top of him to avoid elimination during the Royal Rumble.
He would also capitalize on the fan's appreciation and win the Money in the Bank ladder match before dropping the briefcase to The Miz later on in the year. He has recently been a heel alongside new partner Chad Gable but is currently going through a storyline with the Maximum Male Models with them wanting him to join their group.
5 Roxanne Perez
Another star that looks as happy as ever when making their entrance but can turn things up when needed. NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez has been capturing fans' hearts quickly with her time in Ring of Honor and NXT.
She has already found a ton of success in the world of professional wrestling despite her very young age. Winning the inaugural Ring of Honor Women's World Championship, the NXT Women's Tag, and the NXT Women's Championship all within a couple of years.
4 Kairi
The former pirate of NXT would be beloved by the NXT audience as quickly as can be and soon capture the NXT Women's Championship. Kairi would also experiment in WWE by joining forces with Asuka and forming the heel duo "The Kabuki Warriors" where she would capture the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.
Kairi wouldn't last forever in WWE, as she would soon return to Japan and wrestle in Stardom and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, becoming the inaugural IWGP Women's Championship.
3 Satoshi Kojima
Satoshi Kojima would gain his status as adorable outside the ring but later start adapting it little by little into his character. Fans would find out about Kojima's love for all things bread and even make parodying merchandise from the Bullet Club with his own Bread Club designs.

In the ring for the most part Kojima keeps up his role as the tough wrestler even winning the GHC Heavyweight Championship recently and appearing at New Japan's Wrestle Kingdom show against Tatsumi Fujinami, Minoru Suzuki, and Tiger Mask.
2 Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn has recently become the fan favorite for the large majority of the WWE audience with his performance alongside Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, and Jey Uso during the long-running Bloodline story. Zayn would make Jey, Jimmy, and the fans all crack up laughing with his facial expressions and unique mannerisms.
During the Royal Rumble, when he hit Roman Reigns in the back with a chair and the proceeding beating he would receive from the Anoa'i family, fans got incredibly emotional for the Montreal native. Zayn's story with The Bloodline made it to WrestleMania 39 with a match against The Usos.
1 Riho
Much like Willow Nightingale, Riho is one of AEW's most adorable babyface characters. The former AEW Women's Champion made fans fall in love after her title victory and was one of the first women AEW decided to hire for the fledgling promotion.
Her most recent appearances made fans adore her even more after showing up with a large pipe fending off against Saraya and her team and fighting against Jamie Hayter and Britt Baker. Riho is reaching her place at the top of the women's division by challenging Hayter to a Women's Championship match as well.
