Successfully pulling off a babyface turn is a hard thing to do. Often, a heel can gradually gain support from fans and turn babyface over time, but even handling can be difficult too. However, at times WWE have gotten a babyface turn spot on, and it has led to some great moments.

In the 2010s, there were many babyface turns - some far better than others. In hindsight, some of these turns weren't the most successful of projects, but this will look solely at the turns themselves and how good they were rather than what came before or after, with that a far easier thing to judge.
10 Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar had been a heel ever since he returned to WWE in 2012, but in 2015 he crossed over the divide for the first time. After being screwed out of the WWE Championship from Seth Rollins, Lesnar went on a rampage on the Raw after WrestleMania, F5ing Michael Cole much to the fans’ delight.
From there, he carried on as a babyface for a short while. The turn itself was great though, and it made him look like both a psycho and arguably the coolest he’d been for ages, and fans loved it.
9 The Usos
The Usos’ heel turn brought a whole new side to them in 2016, and it no doubt elevated their iconic 2017 feud with The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
Following the culmination of this heated rivalry, The Usos gave respect to The New Day and shook their hands, prompting a babyface turn. This was such a simple yet effective way to turn face, as the fans could appreciate everything they’d done as a duo. This sort of turn doesn’t happen enough.
8 Luke Harper
When Randy Orton joined The Wyatt Family, Luke Harper managed to see through his plan to break the group apart from within, but this caused friction between Bray Wyatt and Harper.
In the 2017 Royal Rumble, Harper had enough and turned his back on Wyatt and Orton, taking the pair out to a thunderous ovation. Unfortunately, nothing substantial came from this, but the initial build to the turn and the turn itself were wonderfully executed.
7 Randy Orton
With Seth Rollins becoming the new golden child of The Authority, Randy Orton could sense getting pushed to the back of the line and ousted out of the group. This led to him rebelling, much to the delight of the crowd.

Towards the end of 2014, a thunderous RKO to Seth Rollins marked a great babyface turn to a massive reaction, leading to a feud between the pair over the next several months. Orton was red hot following this turn.
6 Dolph Ziggler
Fans were already cheering Dolph Ziggler a great deal following his Money in the Bank cash in in 2013, but he was still technically a heel. At the Payback PPV he defended the World Heavyweight Championship after returning from a concussion.
The pair played up to this as Del Rio targeted Ziggler’s head in a brutal assault which led to a perfectly executed double turn. This was a masterful match in which Ziggler came out of it looking like a courageous babyface, even in defeat.
5 The Shield
The Shield were steadily getting more support, and by the time 2014 came along, they’d gotten sick of being The Authority’s lackeys. On an episode of Raw, Kane ordered the trio to attack a defenseless Jerry Lawler, before three instead turned around and faced off with Kane.
The crowd loved this, with it being a very well done babyface turn. The Shield attacked Kane and denounced The Authority, becoming even bigger stars in the process.
4 Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch was only a heel for a short time in 2018, with WWE completely getting it wrong when turning her to the dark side, as it wasn’t what fans wanted. It wasn’t long until she turned face once again, delivering fiery promos and not being scared of going toe-to-toe with anyone, showing an attitude similar to that of Steve Austin.
Turning babyface and becoming “The Man” was brilliantly done, with WWE instead opting to turn Charlotte Flair heel, who was far more natural in that role.
3 CM Punk
CM Punk’s contract expiration in 2011 was a thrilling part of WWE programming, and it led to him becoming a major babyface. He was technically a heel walking into Money in the Bank 2011, but by the end of it he was one of the biggest anti-authority babyfaces of all time.
He won the WWE Championship and left as a (storyline) free agent, before coming back with a hero’s welcome as a fully-fledged babyface.
2 Chris Jericho
During his alliance with Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho proved to be such an entertaining part of the whole act. With the List of Jericho and his array of catchphrases, his gimmick got over in a major way, leading to fans giving him bigger reactions by the week.

Jericho would put on a Festival of Friendship for Owens, which the fans absolutely adored, only for Owens to turn his back on Jericho and attack him. This attack led to a very natural babyface turn for Jericho, who now looked like a sympathetic babyface. It was a phenomenal segment and everything about it was perfect.
1 Daniel Bryan
Daniel Bryan’s crazy gimmick was a huge hit, and it got fans on his side in a huge way, with the whole Yes/No chants getting over. During his time in Team Hell No, Bryan naturally turned babyface to the point where he was becoming one of the most over names on the roster.
His fully-fledged babyface turn came when he dropped the crazy gimmick, focussing on fighting The Shield and then going up against John Cena for the WWE Championship. It was natural, it was booked well, and it was arguably the best babyface turn of the 2010s.
